Stages

The inspiration comes from these pages,
My life seems to go by in stages.
1st stage: childhood, running around free.
2nd stage: tragedy, my mom taken away from me.
3rd stage: Isolation, locked in the cell that was my room.
4th stage: loneliness, she left me way too soon.
Now its time to find the 5th stage,
Now its time to turn a new page.
5th stage: happiness, I can see it now.
So close within my grasp, can't hold me down.
I am ready to close the door on the old and open a new one,
The one that makes all the hurt be gone.
Pain is a part of every day things,
Helps you learn lessons to the extreme.
